What Martial Arts are taught?
Training in Kickboxing and Kung Fu can improve fitness, balance, agility, co-ordination and confidence. During training pupils will practice various punching and kicking techniques and combinations to pads as well as learning more traditional forms and sets. This helps all of the areas mentioned above and is also a great stress reliever. The training drills can be varied to suit the group at the time.
Self Defence related techniques may also be included in some sessions to give some variety.

Private Lessons/ Personal Training
One-to-one personal training can be the best way to progress with your training. We offer private lessons in one of our training facilities or in the comfort of your own home.
You will receive professional instruction in kungfu, kickboxing or self-defence focussing on your own personal fitness or protection. This may suit the dedicated client who wishes to perfect his/her technique, improve fitness or prepare for todays more dangerous world.
Private lessons can also benefit clients who wish to gain confidence before joining a class or who prefer to train alone or in small groups. It can be especially good for children in building confidence, discipline and focus.
